Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cb111 ("cb111", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Account Management

3.1 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cb111 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. cb111 reserves the right to apply maximum deposit limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically settled within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. cb111 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Review

cb111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting KYC documents, payment method verification, or source-of-funds declarations. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cb111 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

5.2 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

5.3 System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, network failure, software malfunction, or any other technical fault that affects the integrity of a game or bet, cb111 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings generated as a result of an identifiable system error are not valid and may be reclaimed from player balances. cb111 will not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from technical malfunctions.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotion Eligibility

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
